What to Expect in a Session
Therapy with me is more aligned with building awareness around acceptance and viewing yourself as evolving, and not needing fixing. In our one-on-one sessions, we create a space to breathe, reflect, and reset through reflecting and sometimes journaling. Whether you're feeling burned out, emotionally overwhelmed, or just "off," this space is for slowing down and tuning in. Sessions focus on what is happening in your life now, while also building awareness of how ongoing and past experiences shape patterns, responses, and emotional regulation. I work especially well with adults navigating:
My approach is warm, grounded, and intuitive. Together, we explore what alignment and peace look like for you, and how to move toward it with clarity. Lastly, we don’t just “process the past.” I help clients understand what’s happening now and why it feels the way it does. |
Reflective Writing in Our Work
Writing is used selectively as a reflection practice between sessions and occasionally in session to support insight and integration, not as the primary focus of therapy. Whether you're already someone who journals or you're open to trying, we’ll sometimes use writing to help deepen your self-awareness and support your emotional clarity.
You don’t need to be a “writer” or even enjoy writing, therapeutic writing is about expression, reflection, and connecting with your internal world.
This might look like:
Writing allows us to track the story behind your experiences—giving voice to emotions, uncovering beliefs, and making space for change. It becomes a tool for realignment and intentional growth, helping you move forward with greater clarity and connection to yourself.
