#MyEarlyMorningThoughts: Living Your Best Life Today!

Make the decision to live your best life right where you are today! Don't allow the comfort of living under a rock that offers familiarity to stop us from reaching our full potential. God places so many opportunities in front of us to answer our prayers, yet we often do not accept them because they require us to put in effort, step outside of our comfort zones, and/or change our "stinking thinking".  We can begin the process of being open to opportunity by identifying  our goals and areas that stifle or prevent growth.
  • Do I have needs or goals that have gone unmet?
  • Have there been opportunities placed before me that could help me meet those needs/goals, but require me to do more?
  • Am I afraid to personally fail or fail in front of others, (again)?
  • Am I looking for approval from outside sources rather than God?
  • What do I really want out of life financially, emotionally, socially, and physically?
  • Am I afraid to try new or unfamiliar things that I am uncertain of the results?
  • What are some opportunities or actions I can take to get there?
The opportunities may be things like:
  • FOLLOWING YOUR DREAMS!
  • Going back to school
  • Dating
  • Career Change
  • Health related
  • Being proactive about your life
  • Budgeting
  • etc
The last thing we need to evaluate is "Am I willing to do the work or take action to reach my goals?". This could mean a lot of things combined in one. It's that loaded questions that could involve changing our thinking, working longer hours, putting in that two-week notice, stepping out on faith, or simply self-evaluating and doing an overhaul of our entire belief system. Remember, we find time, money, motivation, and resources to do what we want to do (there is never a true shortage, but a lack of "want" when it comes to making commitments to to something.  Make the decision to do "something" today that will require  taking a leap of faith to achieve our goals, but there is only one requirement, we must leave doubt and fear at the door.

Hi, I’m Frankie. I’ve loved writing since I was a child, not just the stories, but the way words can carry emotion, truth, and understanding. I’m curious about people, life, and the deeper meaning beneath the surface. This blog is where I reflect, create, and try to capture what it means to be fully human. Thanks for being here. Let’s grow together.
