Do not dwell in places, relationships, environments, mentality, thoughts, emotions, and/or perceptions that give birth to darkness and more darkness time and time again. Grab hold to pieces of light, because where there is one piece it breeds more light that is uncontainable and endless despite circumstances designed to isolate , hold captive, and diminish. Find your light and stick with it!
