About Frankie Alisha
|
This work and writing is personal.
I’m Frankie, a Licensed Professional Counselor, space-holder, deep listener, and the heart behind Momentum. For years, I’ve walked alongside people in transition, and not just those in crisis, but those who are tired of feeling like they’re going through the motions, carrying too much, or wondering, “Is this all there is?” Therapy, for me, isn’t about fixing you but helping to realign you with your purpose, your peace, and your power through a therapeutic journaling experience. |
How I work
I’m known for being warm, grounded, and honest, you know, the kind of therapist who tells you the truth gently, but without skipping the real stuff. Clients have called me a second mother, a keeper of secrets, and someone who brings both compassion and clarity to hard moments.
In our sessions, we slow things down enough for you to hear yourself think through journaling and intentional listening. To feel what you feel. To notice what you need. And then… we work toward the life that fits that version of you.
